John's Lightning Supercharged Navigator

John's Navigator previously had a Vortech S-Trim supercharger installed.  The Navigator is a daily driver and the only vehicle John has available in the Winter.  It is also used regularly to pull his Mustang to car shows and races.  The S-Trim did not deliver usable power for the type of driving the Navigator was used for.  Thankfully Lightning Nick was moving beyond the capability of his stock Eaton supercharger and John was able to pick up the old parts to install on his Navigator.  Because the truck is a daily driver reliability was of utmost importance.  All forged internal components along with a boost friendly 8.8:1 compression was used.  The Lighting factory heads were ported/polished and Lighting exhaust manifolds were used.  The factory Lighting intercooler remains with the factory Lighting water tank and heat exchanger.  Although the stock pulleys are installed power is up significantly due to improved machine work and tuning.  John's Navigator gets better mileage now and has much improved pulling power and road manors.  It was an all around improvement with no downsides.  You can view a collage of pictures of the assembly here:
